Nurse Manager - Clinical Data Review Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Data Management Job Summary Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Manager of Clinical Data Review to join our Clinical Coding & Support team. This position will work on a team to accomplish data review tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day functions of the Clinical Data Reviewers; Ensure team assignments are maintained including those assigned to the manager; Responsible for the allocation of resources within each team; Identify process deficiencies and propose improvements in department practices to Associate Director or Director, Clinical Data Review; Represent the department during internal or external meetings as required; Support the hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of staff. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required 2 years of management experience preferred Clinical research experience required; CRO experience preferred At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry Experience performing clinical trial data review required Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Travel: None Medpace Overview Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
