Job Description

This role is a key contributor on the US Benefits Delivery team. Role ownership for overall benefit processes, compliance and governance for P&G’s Disability and Health & Wellness benefit plans. Critical work involves managing the vendor relationship and administrative procedures for quality delivery of benefits, oversight of claim administration issues and timely benefit payment controls for US active employees and retirees .

Key Responsibilities

Disability Specialist

  • Partner closely with P&G’s Disability third party administrator to…

  • Review/revise work processes

  • Address individual claim matters

  • Resolve master data file issues

  • Review quarterly reporting

  • Primary resource to address internal questions/concerns from Employees or department/ business contacts

  • Benefit payments leader involving review of vendor file to Payroll, correcting errors and insuring timely benefit payment.

  • Lead benefit overpayment recovery process and Plan funds compliance which includes…

  • Review and action on vendor overpayment reporting

  • Perform transactions to recover via P&G systems or external collections

  • Maintain Plan’s master overpayment records

  • Perform annual accounting compliance review

  • Review, allocate and process monthly vendor billings

  • Perform quarterly billing audits

    Health & Welfare Benefits Specialist

  • Partner with vendors to ensure quality service delivery for employees.

  • Provide health and wellness delivery support to employees via case management

  • Work closely with the market team for effective case resolution.

  • Draft and review key employee communications.

  • Support the annual enrollment event. Work with the health care team and key partners to execute changes, test the user interface, & utilize other annual enrollment tools to ensure excellent execution.

  • Deliver end-to-end additional health and welfare related benefits programs (for example, EAP or FSA Accounts) including key governance and stewardship work.

  • Support payroll reconciliations and invoice adjustments for employee and retiree cases.

Job Qualifications

  • Must work onsite in Cincinnati 3+ days a week

  • Strong communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills working with multiple external and internal contacts including third party administrators, site / business contacts (HR, Medical, line manager), Payroll, IT and P&G Legal.

  • Must be a self-starter, extremely detail oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment, regularly meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work with internal and external partners

  • Extensive knowledge of excel.

  • Able to create reports from multiple internal and external databases.

  • Knowledge of SAP, Workday and POs/Coupa helpful.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $74,100-$92,650

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
