Position Summary Reporting directly to the Sr. Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is to cover responsibilities and manage team in the absence of the Sr. Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor will direct & supervise all maintenance workers daily activities throughout the plant, while also being a technical support resource for the team when they have questions or need assistance. The Maintenance Supervisor will also have ownership of their own projects/tasks to be completed in support of a 24/7 production facility. Requirements Education, Credentials, Licenses: Technical degree or a combination of education/training and experience Kind & Length of Experience: 3 to 5 years in a Maintenance related role, with preference towards prior Supervisor experience Must have competent skills in Microsoft Office software. Strong Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude Sense of urgency in decision making and time management skills Must be able to work on the shop floor in collaborative work environment Experience working collaboratively in a customer facing role Performance Measures and Job Duties Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel. Be "on call" and available to support 24/7 maintenance and production teams. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. Manage and monitor company spare parts list and ensure adequate and appropriate quantity of items are on hand and available at all times. Work with EHS&S Manager to investigate accidents or injuries and prepare reports of findings. Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures. Compile operational or personnel records, such as timecards and production records, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, or test results. Develop, implement, or evaluate maintenance policies and procedures. Assist Maintenance manager to lead, facilitate, and support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) locally and across the global manufacturing network. Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies. Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs. Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. Work with EHS&S Manager to ensure plant safety, evacuation plans and first response team. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Supervise and diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. Record type and c
