UC Health is hiring a full-time transport EMT to join our Mobile Care team! The Emergency Medical Technician will provide care for a diverse and multi-faceted patient population. They will work to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the appropriate level of patient care according to the approved scope of practice. Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.

``` - Completion of an Emergency Medical Technician program required.

``` - One year of EMT experience minimum, three years of experience preferred.

``` - Military medical/paramedicine experience considered.
```{=html}
``` - Intra-facility transport experience preferred.
License & Certification:
- Current Ohio EMT-B certification required; National Registry preferred.

``` - Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) or its equivalency must be obtained during the probation period.

``` - BLS (American Heart Association) at the time of hire.

``` - FEMA 100, 200 courses within the initial probationary period.

``` - Active, unrestricted Driver's License with no more than 4 accrued points.
