In this role you have the opportunity to partner with over 22,000 healthcare professionals – from pharmacists and nurse practitioners to dietitians and technicians and serve over 17 million patients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Product Designer is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Designer’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

  • Help define digital customer experiences across our client’s websites and native apps

  • Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and User Researchers to refine new and existing customer-facing features.

  • Work with a team of designers to create a seamless customer experience.

  • Responsible for owning a highly functional user experience that drives digital engagement & conversion.

  • Drive product design initiatives, and customer experience enhancements, and make strong individual contributions as needed.

  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising and 84.51 to understand and identify areas of opportunity driven from online data, usability, market research, and user-center design principles.

  • You will be creating the initial authenticated experience for our new health and wellness customers.

  • You will collaborate with other teams to drive traffic to an authenticated health and wellness space

  • EX) You will be leading design efforts to support initiatives such as attract mentioned above. EX) how do we make the user experience easy to move prescriptions over)

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Minimum 3+ Years Design / UX

  • Loves e-commerce backgrounds (not required)

  • Portfolio required

  • Requires Figma (highly preferred) or similar technology (Sketch, Adobe, etc.)

  • Requires Healthcare Experience

  • May consider non-healthcare expertise if they come directly from a design vendor like Figma, WordPress, or Sketch (known to have some layoffs with good designers on the market)
