The Digital Sales Strategist is responsible for executing, optimizing, and supporting digital sales campaigns. This role involves managing complex digital campaigns, coordinating with multiple vendors, and ensuring seamless execution. Key responsibilities include accurate translation of sales information into internal systems, overseeing campaign optimization, and ensuring successful fulfillment and reporting. The role emphasizes streamlining processes and delivering exceptional customer service in a detail-oriented environment. The strategist participates in client meetings to understand marketing objectives and collaborates with Media Consultants to develop and propose tailored digital media strategies. Familiarity with various digital platforms and products, along with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, is essential. The role oversees the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Responsibilities: Lead and manage digital campaigns across channels (Social Media, SEO/SEM, Programmatic, Email Marketing) from inception to completion, focusing on optimization and results. Organize, maintain, and optimize digital campaign components through vendor platforms to ensure efficient and streamlined processes. Participate in video and in-person client meetings with Media Consultants to understand client objectives, develop tailored proposals, and present strategic recommendations. Generate and interpret campaign performance reports using platforms like TapClicks, Ui.Marketing, Google Ad Manager, and Google Analytics 4 to drive actionable insights. Collaborate with the Sales Team, vendors, and Media Consultants to define campaign requirements, monitor performance, and optimize outcomes, serving as the primary liaison to ensure efficient and timely communication. Manage creative requests by guiding clients on digital and print best practices that align with campaign goals and KPIs, while maintaining comprehensive account records and documentation to support effective communication and follow-through. Provide regular campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations to support the Digital Operations Team, advise Media Consultants and clients on digital media trends, and strategize with Media Consultants to identify and pursue key growth opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Partner with the Creative Team to contribute ideas and guidance on brand aesthetics, graphics, and industry-aligned design standards, while continuously researching and staying informed on the evolving digital media landscape to share insights and knowledge with the team and clients.
