First Commonwealth Dealer Services Representative I in Cincinnati, Ohio

Serves as the primary regional contact person for the automotive dealership client base. Develops and maintains client relationships in order to solicit new dealer business and support the existing client base. Provides dealer clients with updated program information related to our Indirect program for all product lines offered. Offers general support in obtaining bank documents or drafts related to the processing and funding of the business line. Works in conjunction with the Indirect Underwriting Manager in identifying new prospective clients and actively calls on new and existing clients within established, as well as expanding, markets. Maintains awareness of the competition and their respective programs, and collects rate sheets to help determine future pricing. Provides backup lending support at the direction of the Indirect Lending Manager. **Locations will include Cincinnati and Dayton areas. Essential Job Responsibilities__ 1. Serves as the primary regional contact person for the automotive dealership client base. 2. Develops and implements a call strategy, as reviewed and approved by the Indirect Underwriting Manager, to achieve optimum volume and effectively service the dealer base. Effectively meets calling activity quotas and expectations established by management, and focuses calls on a balanced mix of clients and prospects. 3. Develops and maintains client relationships through regular contact and exemplary client service. Regularly provides clients with current Indirect Lending program and product information. 4. Deepens existing relationships to identify and capitalize on additional cross sell opportunities. 5. Maintains awareness of the competition and their respective programs, and collects rate sheets to help determine future pricing. 6. Keeps management abreast of competitive rates, marketing strategies, and other relevant issues that impact volume. 7. Tracks business results through internal reports and communicates regularly with the Indirect Underwriting Manager to determine the on-going priorities and issues. 8. Travels to the Dealer Center on alternating weeks for call review and market strategy sessions. 9. Assists with underwriting when at the Dealer Center, and works Friday and Saturday shifts with all Indirect Lenders. Provides backup lending support as directed by the Indirect Lending Manager. 10. Provides general support in obtaining bank documents or drafts related to the processing and funding of the business line. Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications_ 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience, or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Indirect Lending, is required. 2. A valid Driver's License and the ability to travel are required. 3. Exemplary communication and interpersonal relations skills are required. 4. Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills, analytical and mathematical skills, and applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office software are required. 5. May be eligible for Telecommuting.
