RESPONSIBILITIES Data center or critical facilities training experience is required. Onboard all new employees for region. Deliver qualification program to engineers/leads/chiefs. Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the operations teams and determine appropriate corrective actions to upgrade knowledge and skill gaps. Oversight of the training program (TDP) process. Ambassador to the Critical Awareness Process. Translate critical facilities requirements into training sessions and share with the platform when applicable. Coordinate and manage delivery of the site drill program. Build annual training programs w/schedules. Audit established programs, ensuring latest versions are documented. Maintain records on all training activities. Integrate client systems training into overall training program. Regional HSE lead; 5% of workload. Performs additional job duties as requested. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMust have minimum 5 years' experience with a strong data center/critical facility background, including UPS Systems, emergency generators, and switchgear Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of direct training experience, including demonstrated curriculum development and delivery. High School diploma or GED equivalent Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel. Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills. Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service. Position may require up to 30% regional travel as required.
