Our organization is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as the Leader, Data & Analytics Enablement. Reporting to the Strategic Marketing & Sales Enablement Leader, this role will focus on proactively cultivating and simplifying business insights and intelligence into actionable recommendations to the commercial business leaders in marketing, sales, innovation, and operations. In addition, this role will provide training, upskilling, broader data & analytics community engagement, design consultation, dashboarding automation and assistance, and other enablement initiatives to drive the success of our LSS business through data and analytics intelligence. Additionally, this role will involve incorporating generative AI techniques into our enablement programs to enhance data analysis and decision-making capabilities.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as Remote and work will be performed in either Noblesville, IN or Davidson, NC

What you will do:

• Lead and motivate the Data & Analytics Enablement team, providing guidance and support to drive training and upskilling/synergy or vertical integration initiatives for our Life Science Solutions business. Effectively recruit, coach, and develop team through effective performance management and development planning.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as data engineers, data scientists, and business intelligence analysts, to prioritize projects and initiatives in alignment with Life Science Solutions growth and strategic business goals enabling customized solutions to support sales, operations, and marketing.

• Work closely with the Strategic Marketing & Sales Enablement, Operations, and PGT Leaders to align enablement initiatives with product strategies and customer needs.

• Serve as a design consultant, providing expertise and guidance on data visualization principles, dashboarding best practices, and effective storytelling with data.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data and analytics tools and technologies across Trane Technologies.

• Provide assistance and support to data and analytics teams in dashboard creation, ensuring high-quality and impactful data visualizations.

• Act as a subject matter expert in data and analytics enablement.

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of data and analytics.

• Proven experience in leading and implementing data and analytics enablement programs, including training, upskilling, and community engagement initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of data visualization principles, dashboarding best practices, and data storytelling techniques.

• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a diverse audience.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, guiding and motivating team members towards achieving common goals.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Analytics, or Business.

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: $105,000 to $185,000

Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: The base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
