Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a dynamic position with the potential to grow into a full-time role? Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized bookkeeper for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.

• Manage financial records, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and generating reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all financial operations.

• Address discrepancies in financial records and provide solutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper (minimum [Insert years, e.g., 3+ years] of relevant experience).

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (but not required).
