MRA - The Management Association Bilingual Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant in Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant Company: Reading Rock Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Purpose: To provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, applicants, visitors, vendors who call upon our associates, and to provide administrative support to Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a friendly, and professional welcome to all guests, applicants, customers, and associates. Answer overflow calls from customer service, and follow-up to make sure their requests or issues are quickly resolved. Manage daily calendars and arrange events for multiple departments demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules or accommodate last minute changes. Assist Spanish speakers in directing them to the correct department or completing job applications. Assist Customer Service during peak periods. Coordinate travel arrangements, manage credit card monthly account expenses, and distribute mail. Ensure new employees receive required business essentials, i.e., clean office, supplies, IT needs, and business cards prior to their start date. Prepare professional business correspondence including memos, letters, and emails. Manage vendor services as required and set up facility, vendor, or maintenance needs. Manage phone list and extensions. Assume and independently manage projects as required. Education, Knowledge, and Skills: High school education or equivalent. Demonstrated excellence in customer service, and ability to coordinate and manage unplanned, or last-minute issues. Ability to be trusted to maintain confidentiality of business and employee matters. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others. Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and productively. Proficient in all areas of MS Office. INFOR or Syteline a plus.
