The Larson Group Assistant Parts Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Parts Manager is to assist the Parts Manager in the day-to-day business of the Parts Department. The Assistant Parts Manager is to support the Parts Manager and cover all duties in his/her absence. What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental and Basic Life * 401K with employer contribution * Bi-weekly Pay Schedule * Opportunity for advancement and Career Development Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of the Parts Department. * Notify Parts manager of any problems within the Parts Department. * Monitors pricing and inventory movement. * Work with and help train new employees. * Assist in coding vendor invoices and forwarding them to the Accounting Department. * Help answer Parts Department Phone calls. * Assist Outside Sales employees in their duties. * Help keep the Parts Department showroom and other related areas clean and professional in appearance. * Assist at counters when customer load demands. * Initiates and evaluates customer follow up programs, including telephone surveys, questionnaires, and direct mail. * Approve time as needed when Parts Manager is Absent. * Complete or delegate any other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
