UC's annual budget tops $1.65 billion and its endowment totals $1.8 billion. Job Overview UC Clermont College is seeking applications for instructors in the business area of economics. Applications are being accepted on a continuous basis to be included in the general pool of candidates from which part-time faculty are selected to teach face-to-face and online courses. As an adjunct faculty member, you will provide course instruction in an online and/or face-to-face format, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting-edge technologies and other industry trends reflecting advancements in this discipline. Essential Functions Responsibilities include: Equipping students with the required skill set. Facilitating student interaction with the instructor, other students and course content, assessing student performance. Preparing students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in economics with some management, marketing or finance courses from an accredited college and a master's degree in economics or at least 18 graduate credit hours in economics from an accredited college. The candidate must also have three years teaching experience in principles of microeconomics and principles of macroeconomics. Online teaching experience is required and you must be willing to complete additional online teaching training prior to teaching that is provided by our college. Additional Qualifications Considered Bachelors and Masters in Economics from an accredited Business College is ideal. Completion of Quality Matters Training and other online teaching training. Three years Online teaching experience preferred. Experience teaching in a two year college environment.
