Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby

• Schedule appointments and meetings as requested

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and copying

• Provide general information to callers and visitors about our company and services

• Handle inquiries and requests promptly and courteously

  Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
