JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Laser Operator will be responsible for set-up to ensure proper cutting operations, detecting any defective material, and perform quality inspection checks. Responsibilities Conduct standard laser cutting operations. Select appropriate cutting programs and fixtures. Set up equipment properly for cutting tasks. Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized, adhering to safety procedures. Perform quality inspections according to the quality control plan, including documenting results. Identify various materials, including Aluminum, 5000 series Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Paint Grip, Galvanneal, and Galvanized. Embrace and promote continuous improvement in Safety and Quality standards and procedures. Comply with the site attendance policy.
