Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will assist with documentation of new vehicles from vendors and other Government sources. You will work closely with customers to ensure that all Preventative Maintenance schedules are completed on time. You will inspect vehicles noting discrepancies to be corrected. You will assist with the tracking of Voyager credit card use and ensures credit cards are utilized properly. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications FOR GS-06 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining files and records in accordance with established procedures; 2) Maintain a computer database (i.e. Maximo), to log and track inventory records; 3) Reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy. OR FOR GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Maintaining files and records in accordance with established procedures; 2) Maintain a computer database (i.e. Maximo), to log and track inventory records; 3) Reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy; and 4) Providing support to customers regarding transportation requests and services. Work Environment: Incumbent works primarily in an office environment with no unusual risk or discomforts except when performing fieldwork such as driving vehicles from vendor drop off point to Transportation Department or Customer location if necessary.
