Naval Air Systems Command SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in China Lake, California
Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the PROGRAM AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will provide financial guidance, strategies, and execution across all Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and various testing efforts. You will perform continual budget analysis and engages with appropriate contacts to ensure accurate information while meeting deadlines for rapid turn-around responses. You will work with the Central Test and Evaluation Investment Program (CTEIP) and Capital Investment Program (CIP) program managers on funding execution and acquisition requirements. You will provide extensive analytical support to the management in developing recommendations and making decisions on a broad variety of management and resource issues effecting the Threat Target Systems divisions and Integrated Product Teams. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following:1) Extracting information from systems and providing analysis using Excel formats; 2) Directing and prioritizing work assignments to business financial personnel; 3) Interpreting customer requirements; 4) Leading a team; 5) Demonstrating awareness of Financial Management policies and regulations.
