Responsibilities You will coordinate, plan, track, and assist in the execution of lab, ground, and flight tests on all AIM-120 integration platforms including F/A-18, EA-18G, AV-8B, and the F-35. You will assist in the development of technically sound flight test reports, testable scenarios, profiles, and procedures in order to use the data to produce flight test cards. You will develop and maintain test schedules for a flight test program, and assist in training junior technician personnel. You will capture, process, and provide a basic analysis of AMRAAM flight test data using the available Portable Telemetry Unit (PTU) tool set. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DT-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating understanding of PASIS Plus equipment, Portable Telemetry Unit (PTU) set-up and operation, including real-time data capture, processing, and basic analysis of AMRAAM flight test data; 2) Assisting in the development of technically sound flight test reports, testable scenarios, profiles, and procedures in order to use the data to produce flight test cards; 3) Developing and maintaining test schedules for a flight test program, and assist in training junior technician personnel.
