The Supply Chain Manager will manage the planning department for scheduling the demand according to the customer's delivery date and when it should be manufactured based on an elaborated production plan.

Role Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize the process of resource and capacity planning

• Lead and setup correct levels of inventory according to the demand and plant COGS to achieve DIO targets.

• Manage scheduling and planning process to optimize production efficiency while achieving plant OTD targets

• Analyze the demand and establish the production needs based on the capacity to fulfill the plant.

• Serve as the primary resource to coordinate projects that support point of manufacturing decisions, footprint utilization, supply chain optimization, and product transfers.

• Support strategic alignment between global, regional, and site Operational strategies to support business growth trajectory, customer service expectations, and optimize cost.

• Optimize process for storage of inventory to maximize floor space, point of use accessibility, and achieve inventory accuracy
