Adecco is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our client’s team in Chicopee, MA! In this role, you'll be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce top-quality products. You'll also play a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role offers competitive compensation ( $16.74/hour ) over a 3 month contract period.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently

• Willingness to learn and work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment, following instructions and safety protocols.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks.

• Follow all safety procedures and report any safety concerns.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay Details: $16.74 per hour
