Services include adult primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and walk-in care. Our Primary Care Practice located in Chicopee, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all operational and managerial activities associated with the successful oversight of a high-volume, multi-provider Primary Care practice. Will provide leadership and direction to direct reports and providers, and act as positive role model. They will coordinate and carry out all administrative functions including general customer service and general administrative support to physicians/providers and staff as well as educate staff regarding the Organization\'s and the Practice\'s policies and oversee compliance. Evening hours will be occasionally required. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s Degree in business, healthcare management or a related field; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical practice management; broad knowledge of physician practice management and budget management.
