Client Service Associate, AVP, will partner closely with product, distribution, operations, technology, shareholder services and others (including 3rd Party Transfer Agents, Fund Administrators & Outside Counsel) to deliver an outstanding client experience to intermediaries, advisors and end-investors in Nuveen Alternative investment offerings. Client Service Associate, AVP oversees and administers onboarding and support for Nuveen’s Employee Investment Program.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the Nuveen US Wealth Sales team in the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients in the US Wealth Channel

• Provides support and leadership for Client Service Analysts and handles escalated and complex Client Service inquires

• Administers the Nuveen Employee Investment Program by coordinating closely with Nuveen Platform management, product teams and Fintech providers

• Provides white glove service to participants of the Nuveen Employee Investment Program

• Participates, and at time leads, in company or team initiatives to enhance the client experience of investing in Nuveen Alternative Investments

• Document and refine procedures for the Client Service team

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

FINRA Registrations

• SRC Indicator: NRF

Base Pay Range: $72,800/yr. - $115,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
