You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How you will contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Education / Certifications:
Completed HSD or GED
2 years of experience in Sanitation work
Job specific requirements:
Cleaning : Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting restrooms, windows, and other surfaces.
Waste Collection : Collecting trash and recyclables from various areas within the plant and ensuring proper disposal.
Pest Control : Communicating findings, neutralizing pests, and sanitizing affected areas.
Physical Tasks : Demonstrating physical stamina by lifting and carrying heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and operating processing equipment.
Attention to Detail : Following instructions precisely to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Team Collaboration : Working independently or as part of a team to meet cleaning and maintenance standards.
Flexibility : Being available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
Transportation Skills : Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday
2nd shift and Overtime available
Flexibility required
Payrate:
$21.83 per hour. After 16 months, the candidates can go to top pay which has a range of $31 - $32 per hour
Shift differential for 2nd, and 3rd shift
