We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Telecommunications Specialist. This role entails working as a liaison between our team and the Genesys implementation team, representing our interests. With a focus on the telecommunications industry, you will be involved in a new Genesys implementation and the integration of Genesys into Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the new implementation of Genesys Call Center Software.

• Act as the bridge between our team and the Genesys implementation team.

• Uphold our interests during the Genesys implementation process.

• Provide expert level skills in operating the Genesys Call Center platform.

• Collaborate in integrating Genesys with Salesforce.

• Utilize communication and auditing skills when dealing with the Genesys platform and Salesforce integration.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant telecommunications regulations and standards.

• Employ Avaya CMS, Cisco Webex Meetings, CRM, Crystal Reports, and Management System skills as needed.

• Use the 'About Time' tool effectively in the role.

• Select appropriate components for the Genesys and Salesforce integration.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Telecommunications Specialist or in a related field.

• Proficiency in using Avaya CMS is essential.

• Experience with CRM systems is required.

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is necessary.

• Ability to work with Management Systems.

• Auditing skills are necessary.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.

• Compliance with industry standards and regulations is required.

• Knowledge and experience in Component Selection are necessary.

• Experience with Genesys and Genesys SIP is essential.

• A deep understanding of Telecommunications is crucial.
