A full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm located in Chicago is looking for a Core and Shell Architect to assist them on projects until early next year.

Job Description:

• Will be reporting to the Principal and PM on the project

• Producing technical core and shell project documents on new construction medical center project (detailing, exterior façade, specs, etc.)

• May assist and guide junior level team members

• May have the ability to run as a PA/PM on projects

• Ability to research solutions and be resourceful if project requires

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Architecture, or equivalent is required

• 5 or more years of experience at a traditional architecture firm

• Experience and understanding with working on core and shell projects

• Healthcare project experience is highly preferred; multi-family or office projects are transferrable

• Must be proficient in producing full project document sets in Revit

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Sketchup and Enscape are a plus

• Licensure is a plus, but not required
