The Site Services team are the technical experts responsible for the support-maintenance of end-to-end technical solutions to meet agreed business, process, and architecture requirements for plants, corporate and sales offices. Our goal is to partner with all lines of business and project teams to provide high quality service.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver successful implementation and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, EUC, server and network systems

  • Partner with the service provider to ensure service levels are met for delivered IT services

  • Perform regional audits to ensure infrastructure standards are enforced, Clorox policy adherence and mitigation of identified security risks

  • Serve as an escalation point for incidents impacting business operations

  • Anticipate up to 50% travel supporting remote locations

  • Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material

  • Build and maintain cross-function relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives

What we look for:

  • 5 years plus experience supporting end to end solutions as a systems admin or systems engineer

  • Microsoft Windows and Office suite (including power bi) is required

  • Understand basic networking concepts such as IP addresses, ports, and protocols

  • Self-Starter with ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate problems

  • Effectively manage concurrent technical tasks with competing priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900

–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400

–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
