Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Work in lockstep with application or domain leaders as a Senior Technical Product Manager to create a clear strategic direction that will be delivered by the product development team focusing on the Sales Incentive Compensation space expanding to Sales Performance Management. Interact with customers and stakeholders in VOC requirements gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products. Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas. Collaborate with PM for the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases. Own and manage the backlog by continuously ordering and prioritizing to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready. Collaborate with Product Managers and TPMs to decompose features into consumable user stories. Engage frequently with the development team, facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation, and contribute to design activities and decisions. Apply Agile methodology. Lead the USA's digital Sales Performance Management digital transformation.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Five (5) years of progressive experience in Oracle Fusion, sales performance management, or a combination thereof. Work experience to include: Five (5) years of experience in Oracle Fusion; Five (5) years of experience in sales incentive compensation roles; Five (5) years leading vendor teams of at least five (5) individuals; Five (5) years of product management experience including writing user stories, delivery, testing, and deployment; IT and functional sales incentive compensation; Five (5) years of experience in wing-to-wing sales performance management for incentive compensation; Scrum experience; and Integrations between solutions. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. Certification in Oracle Incentive Compensation Implementation or Oracle CX Sales Implementation (certification required at time of hire).
