Essential Functions

The Illinois Department of Children &Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Cook County/Northern Region Family Advocacy Center Outreach Coordinator. Subject to Management approval, this position will plan, conceptualize, monitor, and coordinate the Departments outreach activities for Family Advocacy Centers (FAC) with assigned regions. The position will monitor program services provided to children and families who are Department involved and receiving community-based services to ensure Department policies and procedures are effectively and consistently implemented. The position will also conduct contract compliance, program monitoring, and/or fiscal management reviews of assigned providers to ensure compliance with contract terms & address program plan performance outcomes.
