The impact you will have:

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for supporting various Microsoft partner programs. The programs play an instrumental role in the overall success of Softchoice partnership with Microsoft and how we support our sales organization leveraging the various partner programs.This role will be primarily focused on the building the framework and programs required for supporting the Microsoft partner alignment strategy for Softchoice.

What you will do:

• Manage and oversee Market Development program requirements within various Microsoft partner programs.
• Support in content creation for successful execution of all Market Development activities as required by the various Microsoft partner programs.
• Build program and manage the process for co-sell inbound and outbound referrals program for all marketing and sales activities.
• Project manage and support Microsoft customer events and Microsoft alignment activities.
• Develop a management process and own Microsoft\'s Partner Center benefits program.
• Develop a management process and own Microsoft\'s Partner Center referrals program.
• Build program for creating report required to support and measure success ongoing alignment activities with Microsoft to meet the requirements of MDF programs
• Represent and oversee the content creation committee for monthly partner update and newsletters.
• Administer MAICPP Designation and Specializations program requirements for solution and offer development the Workplace, Cloud, and AI business units at Softchoice.
• Build the Microsoft proof of execution framework to meet the requirements around solution and offer developments within the various Microsoft partner programs.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations, finance or related field in program management, process management, process improvement; and master\'s degree preferred; or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of combined experience of project management; process management and process improvement; program management; change management processes; logistic execution for large scale activities and events; or related work experience.
• Professional certification in PMI accredited project management, or equivalent is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Professional with minimum of two active certification in Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, or Security categories is preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex and multifaceted challenges.
• Processes strong executive communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
• Proven experience in fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Understand the partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage Microsoft programs to accelerate partner alignment strategy and execution.
