Amazon Web Services’ Global Growth Marketing team is seeking an experienced partner marketing manager to support the growing partner ecosystem for our credit program. The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for onboarding new partners as well as supporting existing partners in the program. The primary focus of the role will be on developing, managing, and optimizing partner-facing enablement content and programs to drive increased adoption, engagement and revenue. This role will also be responsible for leading strategies at key AWS partner led events.
As part of their responsibilities, the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with key teams within the partner organization to optimize targeted communications and initiatives. This role involves crafting specialized content tailored to partners' needs and distributing it across various platforms, including webinars, newsletters, social media, and email. The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will ensure that these materials effectively reach and engage partners, supporting their ongoing development and integration of ARRC initiatives into their business strategies.
Our ideal candidate combines creative ideas with analytic and data-driven B2B experience to generate innovative ideas for growth and create best-in-class programs. The ability to effectively manage projects, build and implement Go-To-Market strategies, influence partner roadmaps, and collaborate across a variety of internal teams and multiple stakeholders is critical. The candidate for this role is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of rapidly changing priorities, and has strong relationship-building skills.
Key job responsibilities
Engage with leading third-party AWS partners and key internal Amazon teams for participation in our partner credit program.
Collaborate with partners to jointly define, develop, execute and analyze high-impact go-to-market campaigns including channels, promotion, customer value propositions, messaging, campaign goals and measurement.
Create and deliver partner facing assets such as training materials, best practice guides, co-marketing guidelines, turnkey campaign kits, and relevant content to support partner campaigns.
Work with internal teams to build content such as webinars, newsletters, social media, and email to engage partners to increase adoption of the credit program.
Track and optimize campaign results, constantly testing the mix of tactics and channels used to deliver against goals.
Provide ongoing communication of partner marketing activities and report on success metrics and program results to internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
Demonstrated ability designing, building, and launching successful B2B programs, with significant experience in lifecycle nurture and revenue-generating programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
