The Sr. Finance Manager - (ISC) Cash, is responsible for driving optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Management of a team responsible for activities that coordinate process and operations across the global supply chain network, partnering with Segments, Regions and Functions, and supporting ISC CFO and Staff

  • Leads the Integrated Supply Chain cash financial processes to improve cash flow; critical goals are reduction of inventory, and efficient use of capital

  • Drives inventory operating mechanisms, creation of financial metrics, and reporting of monthly/quarterly results, as well as planning cycles, such as annual budget, coordinating timing/target setting across organization and work cross functionally with other GEHC teams to analyze/agree on target adjustments

  • Works with Segment Supply Chain and finance teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and clear reporting of cash, inventory, and CapEx/P&E

  • Supports estimates/actuals/reviews for internal and GE Healthcare reporting; providing explanations and analysis of performance compared to Operating Plan, prior estimate, prior quarter and prior year

  • Drives simplification activities to improve reporting efficiencies and provide details to operating teams to target incremental operating efficiencies or identify gaps to plan

  • Develops tools to improve analytics as well as improve regular reporting for internal reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration

  • 8+ years of relevant financial experience; technical skillset overlap in cashflow management, close/reporting

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.)

  • Proven experience navigating through a complex/matrixed environment
