Description We are offering a contract for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk position in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. This role involves a high level of data management and office administration, providing critical support to our team. The workplace is a hybrid model, with a schedule of 3 to 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering information into various systems

• Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records

• Managing data through various software systems like Little Green Light, QuickBooks, and Poppulie

• Conducting light gift processing and check processing activities

• Engaging with donors, setting up reports and meetings

• Conducting light accounting tasks, including some background processing

• Undertaking some institutional organization tasks as an office manager

• Generating donor reports as required

• Ensuring a process-oriented approach with strong data abilities. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with CRM software

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Understanding of ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in using About Time software

• Capability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Check Processing procedures

• Experience with Claim Administration

• Knowledge of Razor software

• Proficiency in using Data Analysis Tools

• Extensive experience in Data Entry

• Computer Data Entry skills with high accuracy.
