Expected salary range of $113,400 to $126,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of this position is to provide transactional and strategic data analysis and reporting for company-wide HR metrics which are aligned with HR and business strategies that optimize our greatest asset, people. Key responsibilities include:
Design and develop strategic reporting and analytics solutions that are aligned to HR and business strategies and add value to the organization.
Leverage and optimize existing data preparation, reporting and analysis solutions to maintain our leading class operations.
Support and maintain the infrastructure of reporting and analytics for HR to allow for advanced analytics.
Support client inquiries for data, reporting and analytics to answer stakeholder's needs with actionable insights.
Work cross functionally with other corporate functions to identify opportunities where people data can help drive action and solve problems across the company.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Act as an internal business intelligence consultant for HR stakeholders by providing strategic direction and data-driven solutions that are aligned with HR and business strategies. This includes building queries, reports, and dashboards that allow others to interact, utilize, and better understand the underlying data, relationships, and insights.
Maintain, improve, and automate existing reports and analyses using a sustainable methodology.
Identify areas for improvement of service delivery, quality controls and efficiency of operations with a focus on customer service excellence.
Collect requirements, extract, and compile information to answer the client's most important data questions.
Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders on both a reoccurring and ad-hoc basis.
Operational support of HR Reporting and Analytics applications and infrastructure including system configuration, documentation, and customization where required. This includes helping to develop oversight and governance strategies of report generation and standardization.
Manage relationships with vendors, stakeholders, understand business strategies/needs and continuously improve processes for stakeholders/end-users.
Work cross functionally across departments where people data can help deliver value to the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems/Technology, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance, I/O Psychology or related subject area.
5 to 8 years' experience in a related subject area.
Proficient user skills in Excel, SQL.
Experience with data exploration, data visualization, data preparation, data modeling, report design and delivery using Power Bi/Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfort querying, interpreting and visualizing data from a variety of different sources to create a cohesive story
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
High standards of customer service and the ability to build effective working.
Proficient user skills in Power Query, Power Pivot.
Experience & knowledge in server maintenance and database administration.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages for data analysis (Python, R).
Experience working with and consulting stakeholders on understanding business needs, providing strategic direction and delivering impactful solutions.
