Description

We are offering an engaging short-term contract opportunity in the healthcare industry for a Sr. Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive balance sheet reconciliation and financial analysis tasks

• Investigate and obtain relevant supporting documentation

• Standardize and implement processes and formats for reconciliation

• Operate with minimal guidance, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Apply experience with PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP in daily operations

• Perform account and bank reconciliations regularly

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.

• In-depth knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries preparation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to perform complex functions.

• Experience in conducting month-end close procedures.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.

• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.
