This is a hybrid role - working both from our Lincoln Park office and remotely from your home office.

What You’ll Do:

As a Software Product Manager at Alpine, you will be a driving force behind innovation, leading the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You'll work across teams ensuring that our products exceed customer expectations and push the envelope in the HVAC space.

Manage the full lifecycle of the project, including research, requirements documentation, project management, and rapid experimentation.

Work closely with UX/UI designers and our internal development team.

Utilize Figma for hands-on wireframing and design collaboration.

Conduct research to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Document requirements and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.

Oversee rapid experimentation and testing to drive towards product-market-fit.

  • Product Leadership: Lead the entire product lifecycle, ensuring a seamless journey from concept through to launch and post-launch improvements. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring to life creative inventions.

  • Customer-Centric Development: Obtain customer insights to fuel product strategy and development, ensuring each product iteration serves their needs.

  • Design: Create detailed project requirements and prototypes that resonate with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared vision.

  • Project Management: Utilize lean methodologies, rapid experimentation to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Testing & Launch: Oversee testing and launching, addressing potential issues in a timely manner, incorporating continuous iteration.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven senior experience in Product Management for software, especially in the e-commerce or technology space

  • Strong project management and leadership skills, capable of motivating and directing cross-functional teams

  • Hands-on expertise in Figma for wireframing and design, with an eye for both usability and aesthetics

  • A user-focused mindset, with the ability to distill customer insights into actionable product requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders

  • Experience with rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and iteration

  • A growth-oriented, positive attitude, with a passion for making an impact on both customers and the industry
