At Robert Half we are looking to expand our pool of Social Media Specialists. The ideal candidate will have proven success in driving engagement, managing campaigns, and growing online communities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, data-driven strategies, and content creation to enhance brand visibility and drive business goals.

Must be local to Chicago, open to freelance or long-term contracts.

W2 Pay: $32/hr- $45/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create and curate engaging, original content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives

• Analyze performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights

• Manage paid social campaigns, ensuring effective budget use and performance optimization

• Foster relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align social content with overall campaigns

• Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing social media channels for brands or agencies

• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

• Experience with paid social advertising and influencer marketing

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
