Job Description

Join us as a Senior Learning & Development Special playing a critical role in building a flexible, adaptable, highly skilled workforce aligned with our organization our agencies’ objectives. Your work will enhance employee job satisfaction, productivity and organizational success.

This is an above brand role working across multiple creative agencies.

  1. Assessing Training Needs : The first step involves understanding the organization’s specific needs and the employees who will participate in the training program. This assessment can be done through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

  2. Designing Effective Training Programs : Based on the needs assessment, the specialist designs training programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives. These programs can take various forms, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training.

  3. Developing Instructional Materials : Specialists create instructional materials such as training manuals, presentations, and digital content. These resources help facilitate effective learning during the training sessions.

  4. Delivering Training Sessions : Whether in-person or virtually, the specialist conducts training sessions, ensuring that employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. They use various methods to engage learners and make the content accessible.

  5. Evaluating Training Effectiveness : After the training, specialists assess its impact. Did it improve employee performance? Did it meet the desired outcomes? They use metrics and feedback to evaluate the success of the program.

  6. Identify learning paths across multiple agencies that align with craft specific and leadership development attributes.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of L&D experience with a focus on developing instructional design materials.

  • Ability to show results quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Dynamic and confident facilitator Top of Form.

  • Bottom of Form.
