As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Senior Financial Analyst.

We are excited to present this position as part of one of the largest and most rapidly growing dental service organizations in the country. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance, this position will partner closely with business leadership to uncover areas of opportunity and make recommendations that drive the business forward. The role is highly visible in that it works directly with our VP of FP&A as well as multiple VP-level clinical and operational business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting leadership by gathering and analyzing key financial and operational data

  • Reviewing monthly financial and operational results, comparing to budget and prior periods with a focus on highlighting variances and opportunities to improve performance

  • Building business cases that justify multi-million-dollar investments

  • Creating ad hoc reports and analyses as requested

  • General support of the FP&A leadership team as needed. Projects may include ad hoc modelling, forecasting, and ROI/NPV calculations for major initiatives

  • Having a full understanding of how key metrics are derived and how they are best interpreted

  • Enforcing data integrity, accuracy and governance in financial and management reporting

Minimum Education and Experience

  • BS in Accounting, Finance or other degree with equivalent work experience in Financial Analysis

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance required. Experience in multi-unit retail environment is desirable

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and foundational SQL knowledge required

  • Ability to find and pull appropriate data, along with validating and reviewing data and reports for accuracy and completion.

  • Ability to excel in fast paced environment, take direction, and handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be a team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tableau experience

  • Desire to learn with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Enjoys working with large, complex data sets

  • SAS, VBA, and/or other Programming skills

Salary: 90-104k
