As a Senior Content Designer in our growing content design team, you will be a passionate wordsmith, user advocate, and systematic thinker. You will thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and will help build the processes that you'll work within. You will handle shifting directives with aplomb and uphold the tenets of leading with empathy and customer-centricity as you work with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, marketing, legal, and senior business executives to transform end-to-end customer experiences. You may be asked to complete a brief writing challenge as part of the interview process.
Job responsibilities
Craft intuitive and engaging content for digital products
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute a cohesive content experience to align with our user and business needs
Adhere and contribute to our content design system
Give and accept constructive feedback
Assist the broader team with copy needs for presentations and documents
Share knowledge and educate the organization about content design and best practices
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of writing-based work experience, with at least 3 years in content design
Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your skills as a content designer.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Familiarity with financial terminology
Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology
Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for accessible design
Familiarity with collaborative UX tools such as Figma
