Position Overview

As the Analyst Project Controls, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by supporting scheduling, reporting, and project controls functions. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contractor schedules, creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules, performing critical path analyses, and collaborating closely with cost and project management teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, durations, and constraints across the project portfolio.

{=html} <!-- --> - Communicate and coordinate with teams across departments to manage and update schedules.

{=html} <!-- --> - Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes and deliver accurate schedule reports.

{=html} <!-- --> - Own and maintain baseline schedules, providing actionable insights to the team and stakeholders.

{=html} <!-- --> - Perform QA/QC on project schedules to ensure alignment and compliance with program goals and initiatives.

{=html} <!-- --> - Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management.

{=html} <!-- --> - Interface with contractors and subcontractors to review schedules and ensure alignment.

{=html} <!-- --> - Organize and lead schedule review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

{=html} <!-- --> - Serve as a liaison across departments to secure stakeholder alignment on project schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field

{=html} <!-- --> - 1+ years of relevant experience in Project Controls or Project Management

{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to work collaboratively during interactive planning sessions, making changes in real time

{=html} <!-- --> - Intermediate proficiencies (or above) in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

{=html} <!-- --> - Excellent written and oral communication skills and analytical abilities

{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

{=html} <!-- --> - Able to travel up to 10% of the time - Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools, specifically Primavera P6

{=html} <!-- --> - Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development.

{=html} <!-- --> - Construction experience and/or construction internship preferred

Base Pay

75,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\'s experience, education and skills.
