Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst - Identity & Access Management (IAM) plays a meaningful role in analyzing, strengthening, and securing the company's Identity Governance system and overall security posture. This position focuses on proactive analysis, collaboration across teams, and supporting compliance efforts to continuously improve the organization's security landscape.
The Senior Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM) will perform analysis of Compliance requirements, controls enforcement, User account management, Access Controls for integrated applications, user access reviews and Audit reporting, troubleshooting, documenting process requirements. This position will identify vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and proactively recommend and implement strategies to improve compliance and streamline processes. They will work closely with development teams, IT security experts, and other collaborators to integrate secure identity solutions to manage the user lifecycle and cultivate open communication and teamwork to ensure successful IAM implementation and adoption across the organization
The role also actively participates in compliance efforts by ensuring IAM systems adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies, while also conducting regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential compliance gaps. The ideal analyst will continuously stay abreast of evolving IAM best practices, industry standards, and emerging threats. Adapt and implement new technologies and processes to maintain a robust and secure IAM environment.
The Senior Analyst - IAM works closely with various groups to ensure that compliance requirements are understood and met
Assess security controls, evaluate risk, conduct user access reviews, and provide recommendations for improving the security posture of the organization
Prepare and present reports on IAM compliance status, audit findings, and risk assessments to management and other collaborators
Support internal and external IT audits by collecting evidence, logs, and artifacts requested by internal and external Audit partners
Support, update and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standard processes
Lead continuous improvement efforts for function, including preparing and analyzing data to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement
Ensure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy to reduce risk to the organization by working closely with IT, security, Audit, Compliance, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to IAM compliance
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in STEM
4+ years of related experience
In Depth understanding of at least one of these area specific tools: Sailpoint, Saviynt, or Lumos, Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Knowledge of organizational standards and policies (ISO, NIST 800-53 and 800-171)
A proven understanding of relevant regulations and laws, analytical skills, attention to detail, superb communication, problem-solving abilities, data analysis proficiency, risk assessment skills, ability to work independently and multi-functionally
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to review complex data, identify potential compliance issues and assess risks
An attention to detail through a meticulous review of documents and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Demonstrable ability to adapt quickly to changes in scope and direction of the project while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical co-workers
Must be able to hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and integrity in all compliance activities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer Science
CISA, CISM, CISSP
6+ years of related experience
Knowledge of compliance regulations (SOX, PCI, FAA, GDRP, PII)
Post expiration date: 04/01/2025
The base pay range for this role is $109,820.00 to $149,600.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
