Fast-Track Career Advancement Opportunity (This position is expected to advance quickly within the company over the next few months.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for investment entities; prepare variance analyses for corporate financials

• Reconcile and support balance sheet accounts as requested with assistance from Accountant

• Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with Income Tax basis and/or GAAP; prepare year end work papers for income tax filings; prepare year-end audits of the project entities

• Prepare WIP, backlog and cost to complete schedules; provide cash flow projections for projects

• Prepare budgets for fees, insurance and supervision

  Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

• 3 or more years of experience, preferably in real estate

• Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
