Publicis Groupe Sales Enablement Associate Manager in Chicago, Illinois
Overview
Epsilon is seeking a high-energy and high-impact individual who could best be described as a “wearer of many hats” to drive success in our sales enablement initiatives. Our Sales Enablement Associate Manager will be the driving force in creating and executing training programs to a diverse and eager group of sellers. These programs include (but certainly are not limited to) sales new hire onboarding, sales and communications best practices, and product enablement. The role requires you to be an excellent communicator, outside-the-box thinker, creative problem solver, and willing collaborator.
Core Responsibilities:
Facilitate live and on-demand enablement sessions centered on topics of:
On-boarding new Epsilon sellers
Sales and communications best practices
Product enablement
Vertical-specific enablement
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to build and deliver impactful training content:
Consult with sales teams to understand learning needs and objectives
Align with marketing and product teams to build enablement plans around client-facing assets
Meet with senior leadership to provide updates and gather feedback
Aid in management and administration of sales and product training programs
Build, execute, distribute, and archive training content
Research (internally and externally) to keep training content relevant and engaging
Internally – gather feedback from sales teams to understand current challenges / opportunities
Externally – research industry trends and adult learning best practices
Support day-to-day responsibilities of all Sales Enablement programs and processes, including:
Allego sales enablement platform operations
Live training engagements
Content development
Strategic initiatives as determined by the VP of Sales Enablement
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions:
Clearly outline program statuses for easy digestion by leadership team
Identify any enablement outcomes that are at risk
Propose structural, strategic, or operational solutions backed by data
Report on successes and opportunities of Sales Enablement efforts, including:
Seller engagement in enablement activities
Completion of programs
Platform and training core statistics
Be able to correlate outcomes above to business results for each seller
Requirements:
4-year degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or similar practice
3-5 years of training / facilitation experience and/or 3-5 years of sales experience
Comfortability facilitating in-person, webinar, and on-demand trainings
Ability to coach and provide meaningful feedback to sellers of all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortability working with sales leadership to report, collaborate, and represent their priorities
Ability to analyze vast amounts of data to provide detailed recommendations and reporting to senior leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pay Range: $62,250 - $103,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
