JOB OVERVIEW

Under general direction, responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, identifying, screening, and recommending candidates to positions at the ACGME, by using creative and proactive sourcing methods (internal and external). This position is responsible for attracting top-tier candidates and building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses the needs of the ACGME; screening and creating pools of skilled applicants representing diverse demographics and completing full-cycle recruiting through offer and onboarding compliance; and ensuring quality and consistency in recruiting and hiring by analyzing compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness,and by managing the onboarding process.

• Five years professional experience as a corporate recruiter, preferably in hospital, health care, or a degreed academic setting
• Bachelors degree in a related field of study, preferably business management or human resources
• Two years experience using ADP Workforce Now or another talent acquisition system
• Skilled with maintaining data integrity and navigating online document management systems
• Demonstrated proficiency inMicrosoft Office products or similar applications
