An Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design firm located in Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect/Project Manager to their team!

Job Description:

• Design support for all commercial projects

• Prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly

• Maintain project meeting documentation

• Understand and follow office production standards

• Participate in office QA/QC procedures

• Perform existing building surveys

• Perform code studies

• Produce construction documents

• Review shop drawings and project submittals

• Process and maintain records of RFIs and submittals

• Manage a team of 2-3 junior architects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture

• Licensure is preferred

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative, Bluebeam, Ajera

• 8+ years of experience

• Experience with commercial, multi-family, or hotel projects

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lead a small team of junior architects

• Working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction document preparation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
