Job Summary:

The Product Manager, CRM Center of Excellence plays a pivotal role in driving CRM and Marketing Technology initiatives across Aspen Group (TAG), initially supporting Aspen Dental and ClearChoice, with plans to expand across TAG’s emerging brands. Reporting to the Director, Center of Excellence for Customer Data and CRM, this role ensures seamless CRM integration, scalability, and innovation to enhance customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap Development

· Lead the development and execution of CRM strategy and product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with TAG's business goals and brand expansion plans.

· Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

· Define and prioritize CRM product features, ensuring strategic value and measurable impact.

Operational Execution & Agile Product Management

· Own the CRM product backlog, utilizing Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid to ensure smooth execution.

· Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business teams to implement CRM solutions that drive engagement and growth.

· Ensure CRM integration excellence, maintaining seamless customer data flow across platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

· Serve as the liaison between IT, marketing, and customer service teams, driving alignment and effective communication.

· Gather functional requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical initiatives with IT teams.

· Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of CRM enhancements across teams.

Market Insight & Innovation

· Act as the voice of the customer, conducting market analysis to identify CRM trends and opportunities.

· Provide input on vendor selection and support RFP processes when needed.

· Stay ahead of emerging CRM technologies and best practices to ensure TAG remains at the forefront of customer engagement strategies.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or MIS preferred).

· 3-5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Technology, or Customer Data Management.

· Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with Braze, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms is a plus.

· Strong understanding of data management solutions, technical backend integrations, and customer data flow.

· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile experience is strongly preferred.

· Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and adapt to evolving business needs.

· Passion for customer-centric innovation, with experience in the healthcare/dental industry being a plus

  • Salary:Annual pay range: $115,000 - $140,000, plus bonus/incentives
