The selected candidate will have a high level of attention to detail along with direct oversight in administrative support of the unit's operations including HR support, payroll, accounts payable, project management, and organizational record-keeping.

The successful candidate will:

• have experience with Share-Point, Excel, Word and Power-Point;

• demonstrate strong attention to detail;

• work as a team player and can work independently; and/or

• demonstrate the initiative to seek solutions, resolve issues and have a hunger to grow and develop in this role.

• Exhibit the ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility

• Have clerical, filing and office management experience

• Have project management experience

• Exhibit drive and dependability

• Have experience delivering excellent Customer Service and workplace professionalism

• Have the ability to commuicate with key stakeholders, meet established deadlines, and document results.

• fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power-Point) and Share-Point;

• detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities; and/or

• have excellent organization, communication and project management skills.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
