The Off-Duty Operations Manager is responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of assigned clients through superior customer service, operational support and shared services to ensure the delivery of operationally excellent security services.
Job Description:
Serve as the key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality security service at the assigned Accounts
Effectively lead site management and coordinators, ensuring that all Client and Contract goals and key performance areas are met
Collectively balancing the critical components of continuous process improvement, client and officer satisfaction and financial objectives
Ensures all locations are staffed with qualified officers aligned with client requirements and expectations through effective communication
Ensures scheduling is maintained and validated per procedure and policy resulting in accurate payroll processing and minimal overtime for all locations
Weekly communication with Sr Director of Operations and local client management addressing all internal and external client concerns, implementing best practices based on trending activity
Prompt action and follow up on any site related concerns ranging from officer matters up to client expectations and inspecting actionable items after implementation for effectiveness and compliance
Compliance with all HR policies and procedures regarding recruiting, hiring, performance coaching and terminations
Interacts with Client Management in a prompt and professional manner; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner
Interfaces with third party client contractors ensuring compliance with all client post orders and expectations
Create, implement and track Off-Duty Officer training per preset guidelines
Perform client visits to include facility audits at a regular frequency to be determine based on client and officer needs
Prepare and coordinate staffing schedules for the site; ensure that scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements
Update and maintain national and local Standard Operating Procedures
Prepare and present necessary information, training, reports, reviews, KPI’s and audit results at scheduled meetings or as requested by Client
Participates in Client initiatives and programs, including monthly conference calls with local and regional leadership
Ensure compliance with all local and state licensing requirements for officers
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ Years Physical Security Experience
5,500+ HPW Management Experience Across Various Regions
5+ Years in Supervisory/Management Role
Must pass thorough background check to include MVR check
Skills and Specifications:
Proficient in MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Project)
Experience with scheduling software preferred
Strategic thinker to improve process to grow and maintain current business structure
Organization skills
Task oriented
Ability to organize workflow
Multitasking experience and expertise
Possess highly effective written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
Experience leading a team
Ability to work under stressful conditions
Experience conducting oral presentations and group meetings
Ability to direct, motivate, train, coach and discipline staff in a positive manner
40% travel required and may exceed at times
Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
Salary starting at $70,000, based on experience.
