Job Description

This is a critical, client-facing role within the Publicis Productions team and reports directly to the Global Operations Lead and the Regional Client Lead. The position will require regular liaising with client Marketers, regional, local and Global client stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily operations across the team in their respective region.

  • Ownership of Operational Roadmap – leading operational design / modifications to WoW for the team based on needs of client. Hold all parties to account when things change or are unachievable.

  • Client interface for operational discussions and escalations.

  • Develop strong relationship with Finance & Procurement with client and within the Groupe, to deliver fit for purpose team models and clear SoWs for their region.

  • Ensure the network operation is connected and running efficiently and effectively.

  • The role involves working with multiple partners to ensure global connectivity and regional optimal functionality:

  • NA Client & Global teams

  • NA Production Studios (within Publicis Groupe & external)

  • Global Production (Publicis Groupe Client, Ops & Finance Lead)

  • Creative Agencies (within Publicis Groupe & external Creative Agencies)

  • Media Agencies

  • Production Consultants & Client Procurement

  • Digital & Activation Agencies

  • Identify skill gaps, efficiencies and make recommendations for continuous improvements across the region.

  • Works closely with the Global Ops Lead to implement operational Global standards and WoWs and lead modifications of these for North America.

  • Ensure team is running in the most efficient and optimised way through processes and systems that give us freedom to produce the best work.

  • Align on daily / weekly operational deliverables with stakeholders.

  • Support Regional Team Leads to develop Strategic and Annual Business Plan.

  • Support Regional Client Lead when preparing for senior client sessions / deliverables (e.g., Status, QBRs, etc.).

  • Proactively identify revenue opportunities.

  • Capture any OOS requirements with finance lead.

  • Collaborate with Global Leadership to report monthly forecasts for growth opportunities, while helping determine risk areas.

  • In tandem with the Finance Lead, review and revise the regional finance process, ensuring teams are trained on key financial systems while keeping billing queries at a minimum.

Qualifications

  • Cool under fire.

  • A production evangelist with an enterprising spirit and understanding of bigger picture Production landscape.

  • Approachable, excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, responsive, problem solver and likes a challenge.

  • Experience of working on a global brand in an operations role.

  • Ability to work in an agile way, flexing styles to accommodate various stakeholders across the Client & Publicis Groupe network, from marketing to legal / procurement to senior business stakeholders, etc.

  • Passion to get rigour and discipline in place to make team work effectively / efficiently.

  • Someone who hunts for opportunities to improve how we work / what we deliver.

  • Commercially aware.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $154,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
