Job Description:
We are looking for a strong executive administrative leader to join our US McOpCo team that will be handling day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, organization and time management. The Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation. They will also be responsible for managing the US McOpCo calendar and meetings under the supervision of the Strategic Alignment Manager. Lastly, this role serves as administrative support to the US McOpCo Vice President and will work closely with the McOpCo Vice President.
The right person will be an inspirational leader that’s knowledgeable, experienced, can bring new ideas to the table, communicates well and implement systems and routines to provide exceptional administrative support while holding each team member accountable for results.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Managing a team of three administrative professionals and is responsible for the performance of administrative team which supports local and remote workers, bringing McOpCo’s vision to life of being a destination for talent, testing and a great experience.
Serving as a liaison for Fleet.
Leading the logistical and planning process for field-facing events and meetings.
Partnering on and providing process maintenance to the onboarding/off-boarding experience of new hires.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The expected salary range for this role is $75,700 - $94,620 per year.

Qualifications:
Previous executive administrative support experience within a corporate setting.
High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
Budget planning and event planning experience is preferred.
Advanced computer skills; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous people management skills are highly preferred with the ability to hold team members accountable for results.
Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders both within and outside of the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality of information, as appropriate.
Outstanding prioritization and the ability to shift between tasks without issue.
Strong attention to detail and ability to keep several complex schedules aligned and organized.
